Armor is sintra (pvc foam plastic), Nasod arm is urethane rubber cast from a resin mold, sword is wood, expanding foam and plastic.
Sewing spandex can be a pain but for the most part it lined up in this pretty nicely for this.
The bow was a 2 day build! It is wood with a tiny bit of acrylic around the gems.
